1. Delivery Zone Eleanor London delivers to all addresses within the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped free of charge with no minimum spend required.
2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location within the UK:
- Standard delivery: 7 to 12 business days
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand and carrier schedules.
4. Shipping Costs Delivery is completely free on every order to the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase is required.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
6. Responsibility & Loss Eleanor London takes every precaution to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, Eleanor London cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or for losses occurring after dispatch.

7. Delivery Address Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Errors or omissions in the delivery address may result in delays or failed delivery. Eleanor London cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Modifications & Cancellations Customers may modify or cancel their order within 20 minutes of purchase confirmation. After this period, orders are considered to be in processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
